"Service" means the CayStreams IPTV streaming service, including all live channels, VOD content, EPG guides, and associated applications. "Subscription" means the paid access plan purchased by a User. "Credentials" means the unique username, password, and server URL issued upon activation. "Device" means any compatible hardware used to access the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and provide accurate registration information. Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws in the Cayman Islands and your jurisdiction.
CayStreams offers Monthly (KYD $25), 3-Month (KYD $60), 6-Month (KYD $100), and Annual (KYD $150) subscription plans. All prices are in KYD (Cayman Islands Dollars). Payment is due in full at the commencement of each Subscription period. CayStreams reserves the right to suspend access immediately upon non-payment. Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
The Service is for lawful, personal, non-commercial household use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your Credentials to any third party outside your household. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service, reverse engineer any associated software, or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of the Service, all sales are generally final. CayStreams does not offer refunds once Credentials have been issued and the Service activated. Exceptions may be made at CayStreams' sole discretion where a technical fault attributable solely to CayStreams prevents access for more than 72 continuous hours. You may cancel your Subscription at any time by notifying CayStreams via WhatsApp. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. CayStreams does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Remote support is provided via AnyDesk or equivalent software with your express consent. CayStreams will not access personal files beyond what is necessary to configure the Service. You require a stable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps for HD and 30+ Mbps for 4K streaming.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CAYSTREAMS' TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. CAYSTREAMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Disputes shall first be resolved informally via WhatsApp within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be pursued through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Cayman Islands.
For administrative, operational, and corporate accountability purposes, CayStreams is a trading product and commercial venture of Vapor Labs, a duly licensed retail and commercial enterprise registered and operating within the Cayman Islands. Vapor Labs serves as the parent commercial entity responsible for the overarching business operations, financial administration, and regulatory compliance of CayStreams.
CayStreams may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We retain your account information for as long as your Subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes. Billing records are typically retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Cayman Islands financial regulations. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us via WhatsApp, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
When you request remote technical support, we may access your device via AnyDesk or equivalent software with your express consent. During such sessions, our technicians will only access settings and configurations necessary to deliver or troubleshoot the Service. We do not access, view, copy, or store any personal files, photos, documents, or other personal content on your device.
Our website (caystreams.com) does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that collect personally identifiable information. Basic server logs may record IP addresses and page visit data for security and performance monitoring purposes only.
